Patches bandits to use the appearance data from Filling in the Blanks's Unique Bandits plugin.

Requires the FITB - Bandits - EFM Version, Lawless and their respective requirements. Not tested to work with any other mods, use at your own peril. This mod ensures your bandits use the correct facial appearances from Filling in the Blanks while also having all perks, stats and data from the Lawless mod. It also covers Reavers.
