About this mod
Reduces shout cooldowns by 75%, makes master spells be cast one handed, reduces NPC health so they aren't such damage sponges, makes chests not respawn so all chests are safe storage, delevels leveled lists, and more. Generates a plugin based on your load order, applying the changes to vanilla and mod-added content.

Things the script does:
- Reduces shout cooldowns by 75%, because shouts are fun. Once you try a 12 cooldown for FUS RO DAH, you'll never go back to 45.
- Makes Master level spells and scrolls be castable one handed, have 0.5 second charge time, and you can move while casting them. Spells are also dual-castable for massive damage
- Increases the range of summon and rune spells by 4x, so you can summon creatures farther away, up on ledges or across a river
- Increases weapon speed by 25%, bow draw speed by 3x and crossbow reload speed by 1.5x
- Makes all quest items droppable from your inventory, this means they can be lost, be aware of this
- Reduces NPC extra health offsets by 66.6%, and NPC class health per level by 50%, so high level enemies are less damage spongey and different ranks of enemy types don't have as big a health difference. Most higher level enemies will have about 50% to 60% as much health as vanilla
- Makes food items heal more, so they're actually useful
- Makes chests not respawn (except merchant chests), so all chests are safe storage
- Delevels leveled lists and applies a rarity adjustment (adding duplicates of lower leveled items) so higher level items and NPCs/creatures appear less frequently than if all the items were just set to appear at level 1. This makes the start of the game harder (you can get Draugr Deathlords in Bleak Falls Barrow at level 1), but the NPC health and Shout cooldown reduction tweaks make it easier, balancing this change
- Removes ownership tags from beds, so you can sleep in any bed you want. This also applies to Inn beds, this can be roleplayed in a few ways, like you sneaking past the innkeeper to sleep there without paying, them taking pity on you and letting you sleep there if you have no gold, or sleeping in a bed is free (but food and drinks are still paid) and you can rent a bed anyway to be nice and support their business, and they show you to your room if you do
- (off by default) hides all quests from appearing in the journal or popping up on screen, so the Journal says "No Active Quests" the entire time, good for an exploration/survival focused playthrough where doing quests isn't important
All features are optional via the variables at the top of the script, change one from true to false before running the script if you don't want one. Compatible with everything, load generated plugin last. Some features have settings to change how much of a multiplier is applied, these can be found under the settings toggle variables at the top of the script.

Recommended mods:
Spell Tome Unlock to make spell vendors sell you spell tomes at any skill level, to go with item deleveling.
NPC Extra Damage Perks Reduced, to make higher-ranked enemies not hit quite as hard, to go with NPC deleveling
Proper NPC health rescaling, no health bonus per level version, to go with the NPC health reduction option, with this it feels about right to me.
