Why the changes: Using keyboard keys for long press shortcuts for quick inventory and quick magic prevented using bumpers and L3 to organize these inventories. Now they use controller keys, and Wait and Quick Map use long press instead.
Bug kinda fixed: In journal menu, pressing LT once changed tabs 2 times, a bit annoying. Now only if you double press LT quickly in journal menu it changes tabs 3 times instead of 2. Much less prone to happen.
Known bug: Alt tabbing can invert Wheeler activation. Spam LT to fix it
