I'm not the author of either mod and dont use adamant, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say kinda no. cause you need the perk for forging it when you get the quest for it. SO.... you wanna use this sword anyway, you would have to use one of the item spawner mods and get it that way. I think you should be able to temper it even without the perk.
Script QF_BillyroGarilamMoreniQuest_01002865 cannot be bound to BillyroGarilamMoreniQuest (26002865) because the script does not exist or is not currently loaded
I am seeing in papyrus log?
The quest seems to look for scripts that don't exist, yet don't use the scripts that are included?
Can anyone confirm this is working as of AE? Comment section not promising, seems either quest is broken or forging swords not compatible with Ordinator.
Edit: Tested a bit, didn't have any problem interacting with NPC and completing quest, was able to forge steel version fine, but don't have ebony smithing yet so can't confirm the bronze version is craftable with Ordinator.
I might've found a bug, I just don't know which mod causes this bug. When using Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim the Dunmeri Leaf Sword is getting further upgraded not with Crystaline (Ebony/Stalhrim) perk choice but from Contemporary Meric (Elven/Chitin). Unless the sword is meant to be further upgradable with Elven Smithing perk (the description doesn't mention which perk affects it) I'd assume it's a bug as You need Ebony Smithing to get the weapon in the first place.
This is the best sword mod I have ever seen! There is two problems though. One, the ebony sword is too dark that it is hard to see the details on the sword. And two, the steel one does not have the details at all or it is just me to have this problem. In both ways, I cannot use these awesome swords and it is very sad. I hope you will update the mod soon to fix at least one of these problems.
Here are the screenshots. This one is ebony. It has the details, but it's too dark. You can see the sword as you made it at an angle if you have enough light such as sunlight, but mostly I see it as black.

And this one is the steel one. As you can see here, the sword is fine to see, but it doesn't have the details.
I had the same issues as you, but managed to fix this easily in Nifscope. ...messed a bit with glossiness and effects in LightingShaderPoperty(s) and is shining way better than before.
Can't wait to try this out! Hoping there is an option to be the blacksmith he needs. All my characters are master craftsman. I enjoy crafting my own weapons and armor in game. This looks like a more fun way to introduce a crafting manual than to go chasing one down in some remote region. This is how I imagine the conversation going with one of my dragonborn characters...
Gorilam: Say, you wouldn't happen to know any blacksmiths that can forge ebony, would ya?
Phat: Certainly sir! I am proficient with all manner of smithing, including ebony and stalhrim. What do you need, my good mer.
Gorilam: Dunmerii Leaf Swords. I have the manual. I just cannot find a willing smith.
Phat: Well, look no further, daeljuhn. I may not be a Dunmer. But, I am no N'Wah fetcher. I am a daeljuhn, friend of the elves. Would you perhaps sell me the crafting manual? I am rather interested in aquiring this tome.
Gorilam: Purchase? No, no. I'm not looking to sell the manual.
Phat: (Persuade) I'll give you 3,000 septims for it in addition to crafting you a set of these blades, free of charge. You certainly won't find a deal like that among these bigoted Stormclucks! That is certain!
Gorilam: Well... maybe you are a daeljuhn after all! I was looking to pay handsomely for these blades. I won't really need the manual once I have them. So... that sounds like an equitable trade. Why don't we drink on it?
Phat: I have a home nearby, Divayth Cottage, just there. I believe I still have several cases of Sadri's famous Sujamma left from my last adventure to Solstheim. There is no shortage of food and Firebrand Wine either. Let us drink and eat, my new daeljuhn. Then you can either warm your bones fireside, take one of the guest beds or watch as I craft your blades. Mu lost ann fron rii. That is Dovahzuul, the dragon tongue, for "We are now kindred spirits!" Huzzah! Let us drink!

do you know if this mod is compatible with Adamant ? I'm asking because of the required Ebony Smithing perk

Golden Dunmeri Leaf Swords - An Elven Sword Replacer. No ESP
