Jasmine is a female Nord merchant found in the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood.
To make her a follower, you will need to install Relationship Dialogue Overhaul or Missing Follower Dialog Edit by AndrealphusVIII otherwise she will just be another merchant in Riverwood.
She wears scale armor and fights as a CombatThief. Her merchandise contains a lot of random books and spells (mostly towards the higher end) along with the usual miscellaneous stuff and 5750 gold.
She won't effect your stealth and won't trip floor-based traps
