PlayStation has this nifty mod called USE | Dartbow, which adds a non-damaging crossbow for poisons. Unfortunately, it ONLY exists on PlayStation, so I took it upon myself to bring this idea to PC.
This mod adds a bow, crossbow, arrows and bolts that do 0 damage and are non-hostile (and a little lighter too), meaning you can shoot a guard in the face and he won't even care. These can be used for petty harassment, but also have a higher purpose: these weapons can nonchalantly deliver deadly poisons or enchantments to targets, and because they're non-hostile, you can outright kill NPCs in the middle of a city and no one will bat an eye, as if the person died of a heart attack. Even if they have an arrow through their chest or maybe even, you know, SPONTANEOUSLY COMBUSTED? Very handy for a certain... profession, no?
Or perhaps you need to get past that guard but your sneak just isn't quite high enough yet, in which case you can hit him with a paralysis poison and he'll never notice the dart stuck in his spleen, because Skyrim's NPCs are groundbreakingly dumb.
Whether you need it for stealth, slaughter or just turning Nazeem into a pincushion as he continues to ask if you get to the Cloud District very often, the Dart Bow and Dart Long Bow offer an excellent utility that won't get you in trouble.
