Intro

Ultimate College of Winterhold combines the two best College of Winterhold mods out there into one. This mod only makes aesthetic/design changes in order to modernise the College, using assets from both Immersive College of Winterhold and Obscure's College of Winterhold. This mod started when I saw the mod Statue of Xenophon, It replaces the Statue in the College courtyard, I didn't like this because that statue is iconic for someone like me, who's been playing this game since 2011 on ps3. It looks better in the Arcanaeum, if you ask me. Thank you to imnofamous, for the inspiration.

I've been working on this intermittently for some time now, I don't know why exactly. But now I'm going on hollidays and I don't want to work on it anymore. In fact I can't stand the sight of the CK at this point, so I'll publish this somewhat "unfinished". It still covers every single room of the college, but some design choices are questionable and ideas I had intended to implement will have to be postponed. In a couple of weeks, with the feedback that users provide, I will return and iron out bugs, etc.

For Now, this mod is for LUX users only, I'm sorry. I'll make a version for ELFX Shadows and others some time later.

Regarding screenshots, in some of them, I used a candlelight for better visibility, but I made very little changes to lighting except where needed. Not everything is represented because ain't nobody got time for that. But rest assured every single room in the college has been redesigned.

Arch-Mage's quarters: Not much is done here, except the hall. It already looks good, besides, working in this place is a nighmare

Requirements

Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch by Arthmoor

Ultimate College of Winterhold by themayor897, as well as its requirements, CWI and OCW

Lux by GGUNIT, as well as Lux-OCW and Lux-UCOW from the patch hub

Statue of Xenophon by imnotfamous. Only meshes and textures are needed.

Obscure's College of Winterhold Addons by spongeman131 (just the flying books file, you no longer need the magelight addon)

Installation

In order to get the statue to work properly, you need to open the mod's files, delete/hide the .esp file, open the meshes folder and find the file called "magestatue.nif" and rename it to "magestatuexenophon.nif". That's it.

• Immersive Magic Brooms by PixieBomb. It makes me happy that this mod exists. Use it.
• College of Winterhold - Arch Windows Performance Enhancer by Noxaelis. This mod is extremely useful if you experience lag when in the College courtyard, which you might with my mod. Especially useful for those that use The Great City of Winterhold.
• Painting for the College of Winterhold. I made a patch for this. I like this mod.

On the matter of table replacers. I made it so that it is compatible out of the box with SDLutz's table replacer. Worse that can happen is your immersion is broken because of clipping. Other examples of tables that work are Rally's and Halfface's.
