This is an alternate preset for Amethyst - Weathers and Reshade preset for Community Shaders. I didn't like the included preset, so I made my own. Follow it's installation instructions and in the final step simply use my preset instead. Make sure "Performance Mode" is unticked in Reshade or otherwise DOF shader won't work.
DOF Shader has to be downloaded manually :

Click on the green Code button and download as zip, then place Shaders and Textures folder in reshade-shaders folder that's located in your Skyrim folder, or just copy extracted reshade-shaders to your Skyrim folder.
Make sure to disable vanilla DoF(display settings slider).
