Small patch to integrate College of Winterhold Fee Tuition into Open College.
Additionally to knowing an apprentice level spell it now costs 3000 Septims to take the entry test.
It's my first time editing scripts/dialogue but it seems to works on my setup with a pretty heavily modded College let me know if I missed anything.
Compatibility :
Should be compatible with pretty much anything Open College is compatible with.
