Do you find Dragon Priests underwhelming? I certainly do. They're supposed to be powerful legendary lichs. The goal of this mod is to turn them into the powerful undead creatures that the lore says they are.

Dragon Priests are now leveled creatures, have more health and magicka, are able to dual wield, shout (not currently working), and will slowly regenerate health during combat. They also take less damage from NPCs, and are more resistant to magic and physical damage from the player as well (although not as resistant as they are to NPCs). This will help out those who use multiple followers and don't want them to have all the fun.

As far as I know, it should be compatible with any mods which do not alter either Dragon Priest Race, or Dragon Priest Class.
