About this mod

This mod imports a few spells from Mysticism into Odin.

For Odin version 2.0.1.

*Updated to add waterwalking and night vision. Next update will probably add Dispel and remove Odin's native lock difficulty reducing spells.

Odin Mysticism Imports

I like using Odin - Skyrim Magic Overhaul but I felt that a few useful spells were missing.

This mod imports a few spells from Mysticism - A Magic Overhaul into Odin - Skyrim Magic Overhaul.

Requires a new game for the spells to appear with vendors as the spells are added to Odin's scripted injection. If you install on an existing save you can still get the spells as I have added them to the world. Their locations are at the bottom of this page.

The spells are a bit different from Mysticism's as they have been reworked to fit more with Odin's style but functionally they do the same thing.

The following spells have been added to Odin:



Alteration

Mark: Mark a location for recall. Expert level.

Recall: Teleport to a marked location. Expert level.

Shalidor's Beacon: Teleport to the College of Winterhold. Expert level.

Waterwalking: Walk on water for 120 seconds. Apprentice level.


Open Novice Lock: Unlock any novice lock for 30 seconds. Novice level.

Open Apprentice Lock: Unlock any lock up to apprentice level for 30 seconds. Apprentice level.

Open Adept Lock: Unlock any lock up to adept level for 30 seconds. Adept level.

Open Expert Lock: Unlock any lock up to expert level for 30 seconds. Expert level.

Open Master Lock: Unlock any lock up to master level for 30 seconds. Master level.



Illusion
Night Vision: Activates night vision for 300 seconds. Apprentice level.

Sanctuary
:
Become ethereal for 15 seconds. Attacking or activating will break the spell. Expert level.


Conjuration

Conjure Spectral Horse: Summons a spectral horse for 120 seconds. Apprentice level.

Probably fine to install to an existing save as no vanilla records are touched.

Probably not safe to uninstall mid-save.

In case you’re worried, you can use Shalidor’s Beacon while Ancano’s massive shield is active. It will just teleport you to the end of the bridge. 

You can break quests with mark and recall spells so use them wisely. Don’t teleport out of Sovngarde for instance.

Sanctuary

Near the top of Darklight tower. Find the large room with the big spikes, go through the master-level locked door, up the stairs, then the book is on the shelf.



Conjure Horse

On the table near the Atronach Forge.




Open Novice Lock

In the Black Briar Manor basement beneath the antlers




Open Apprentice Lock


In the Honningbrew Meadery basement near the crazy guy
