There's two kind of health regen in the game - 'Vanilla regen' and 'Requiem regen'(at least that's what I call them).
Vanilla regen is Race record. It's 'n% of max health per sec.' regen. This cannot be negated by player.
Requiem regen is Spell record. It's 'n points of health per sec.' regen.This can be negated using right methods.
In Requiem, two system coexists.
Some only have Vanilla regen (gargoyles).
Some only have Requiem regen (spriggans).
Some have both (trolls).
In order to have some consistency and less annoying regenerating enemies, this mod wiped out Requiem regen and replaced them with a smaller amount of Vanilla regen in most of enemies. Removed in some cases.
As a result, player can no longer affect enemy regeneration, but there's no need to since the amount is already greatly reduced.
Note that while 'weakness elements' are not mandatory anymore, it will still best to use them because elemental resistance value is still there. But hey, it's always good to have options.
Also, this will make game very easier to those who are experienced. This mod is for casuals like me.
