Aela, just a little bit better looking. Changed the face mesh only. No textures we added, so it uses the original vanilla assets.
Optional:
I personally recommend using WICO assets (textures and meshes.) DO NOT INSTALL THE MOD, follow the next steps to add the assets to your game manually.
After downloading WICO, you can extract the compressed file by using 7zip/winrar/winzip. After extracting you'll find inside a folder named Main - Core Files, inside it you'll find WICO - Immersive Character.bsa, use BAE (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/974/?) to extract it. Once extracted, you'll have two folders, meshes & textures. Now you can copy these two folders into your data folder Skyrim Special Edition/data. By doing so, you don't have to install WICO with the bad edits it has. You're just using the textures and meshes it offers which is great.
