My interior patches are created assuming you're loading interiors after Requiem.esp. I haven't fully tested each patch in-game (I plan to), but this will at least resolve conflicts within XEdit in a way that respects both mods.
I'm still working on uploading all of these. So far I only have the 3BFTweaks patches and about half of my current Requiem patches uploaded. Once I get a stable LO I'll turn it into a FOMOD. Let me know if any issues. Sorry for the sparse documentation. None of these are a very big deal, but important for me to keep my sanity.
