One thing thats always bothered me about Skyrim dragons is they never fly low, and the only time they do come down, is to trash stuff. This mod changes that by adding several low altitude dragons, who will not attack anyone. They soar low across the land and are here to observe, and will not destroy, unless provoked. They patrol at low altitudes and are only watching, and will not attack, unless attacked first. They will perch on rooftops and hillsides over looking populated places, then continue on their journey, before returning to their nests. The mod also has an MCM, where you can tweak their dragon AI, and set them to attack just the player, or everyone like vanilla.
MCM Dragon Options:
- Toggle the enable state of any dragon
- Neutral, inquisitive dragons that observe without attacking
- Aggressive dragons that attack only the player on sight
- Frenzied dragons that attack everything immediately
Dragons and Their Territories:
- Coastline: Flies from the Velothi Mountains along the northern coast, across the Sea of Ghosts and circles Castle Volkihar
- Grand Tour: A roaming dragon that patrols all of Skyrim, visiting cities, villages, lakes and more
- Whiterun Hold: Monitors the Whiterun Tundra as far south as Rorikstead, and north circling Whiterun
- SE Skyrim: Patrols the southeastern regions of Skyrim, from Falkreath through to the Rift
Environmental Interactions:
- Dragons land on rooftops in cities like Solitude, Whiterun and Markarth
- They perch on hillsides overlooking villages such as Rorikstead and Riverwood
- Low-level flyovers of the sea, lakes and rivers between glaciers and valleys
- Close inspections of landmarks like the Shrine of Azura and Castle Volkihar
Other Features:
- Dragon nests have Map Markers
- All dragons have zeroed far model data, so you always see the full model
- No need to patch for "No Dragon Lods" style patchers, work already done

Patching:
- This mod contains faction edits, which if undone by other mods, will cause this mod to break
- All dragons attacking everything immediately is likely faction conflicts
- You solve this by creating a bash patch. Alternatively, use the provided patches, or move this plugin further down your load order
- For other patches see the Patches sticky in the comments

- Goes well with Ambient Dragons for extra high altitude dragons
- Perfect with Eagles Nest and Leaf Rest Lake Ilinalta, offering great views of the dragons
