Fixed the menu opening after you close the skills menu. Requires updating parent mod.
This frees up the power slot on your keyboard/gamepad, and you don't need to navigate to the menus to activate/deactivate Skill Increase power everytime you want to level up. Now, when you open your perks menu you'll see the Skill Increase menu first, then your perks. Easy.
