A SPID to give DR Alicia by Team TAL to Selina, Secunda, or whoever you want. Optional Red recolor.
Install with mod manager. Requires SPID and the armor mod.
To edit the recipient just replace "Selina,Secunda" in the SPID_DISTR.ini with the characters name.
If using the optional red recolor, have it overwrite the original mod.
