Ysolda, everyone's favorite Sleeping Tree Sap dealer, will now actually sell Sleeping Tree Sap to you.

I realized the other day how rare Sleeping Tree Sap really is.
Beyond harvesting it yourself from the source every once in a while, the only way to reliably get it is by bumping into a random roadside skooma dealer.
And then I thought, "Well, that's weird. Why doesn't Ysolda, the Sleeping Tree Sap dealer, sell it to you?"
Now she does.
After you've discovered that she's a dealer and she extends the offer to buy any sap that you bring her, you will also be able to instead buy sap directly from her for 200 gold a bottle.
