A skooma addicted elf left a chest in a place no one usually roams, and now the chest is yours for all your chesty things

WHAT THIS MOD DOES
Short Version: Adds a safe chest (its content WON'T respawn) named "Forgotten Chest" near Florin lighthouse, in Midwood's Isle.
Long Version: Since I may have kleptomania, at least in the initial part of the mod "Midwood Isle", I felt the need of a safe place where I could dump my tons of precious loot, instead than hauling it back and forth to Skyrim...
So, I found a place not so far from the main town and that people may not frequent on daily basis, and put a safe chest there, and since I may have a backstory addiction, I created a little backstory for the fact there is a godforgotten chest behind the lighthouse and is safe for you to drop your stuff there.
This is it. Enjoy the safe chest.
COMPATIBILITY
I didn't find mod or patch that directly affect this particular area.

Yes
- Safe to install mid-game?
Yes, I created it mid-game. Best if you install it while you are inside a building or away from Florin, but shouldn't give issues either way.
- Are you sure my hard-won loot is safe?
Yes, but feel free to confirm yourself using More Informative Console
- What happened to the Skooma-Addicted elf?
Since we don't see Skooma-addicted elves on midwood he's probably dead... or he's gone somewhere else and forgot about this....
Just in case, when you are done be a good person and leave a couple extra bottles of Skooma for him as thanks for using his chest.
