It works great, nice job! I noticed a few issues regarding other mods interactions I also have a few suggestions.
The automatic sorting of containers is an amazing feature, however, in order for it to be 100% functional for every player that comes across this mod, it needs a blacklist feature. So we can blacklist containers from sorting and/or blacklist items. For instance, I use Last Seed and there's a "Provision" container, accessible through a spell or hotkey, in which I can put food and items for my followers/player (if I'm using the auto-eat/drink feature), this mod sorts all the food in my Provision container. I'm also using Curator's Companion from LOTD, IMP's auto-sale chests and Simple Cloud Storage. All the mods I mentioned, work by putting a token in a container, this mod removes said tokens.
If possible, it would also be great if you could give the user freedom to choose which item category they want to be automatically sorted. Essentially the same feature it already has for transfer, in which we can choose which category will be transferred and the quantities.
(P.S: you migh want to take a look at the transfer feature, because i selected the food and ingredient category with the slide for quantity at 100 [the max allowed by this mod], I used the spell and nothing happened, I had to manually open the food container and retrieve the items)
Another suggestion would be adding a general auto-sorting container to your mod. In case someone doesn't want to use the automatic sorting of containers because of the issues above or just because of personal preference, would be nice to have the option to use a spell or a hotkey to open a container, throw every excess/items we want sorted in there and let the mod do its magic.
Items are not unintentionally retrieved from other containers and sorted unless the automatic collection feature is used. Also, if you want to do your own sorting, you can access the individual containers in the list directly without using the sort container.
Since ver 1.5, the hotkey behavior has been reversed, so that if you do not press it, it will not function. This is to prevent outbursts of functionality.

This is the only way I know of.
If anyone knows of a smarter and better way, please let me know.
