Patch for Fort Knox that removes some lore-unfriendly elements for that environment.

This patch (ESP) will do the following:
-Start new games in Fort Knox
-Only human races available
-Spells removed from races
-VR Room doesn't lead back to Skyrim
-Removed most vanilla starting items (IRON, etc.), instead you start with a casual attire
Install:
1. Install Fort Knox (latest version)
2. Install this mod
