Balances Shield Debuff https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/47285 to work better with immersive block. Now heavy shield reduces damage by 8% and movement by 8%. Light Shield reduces damage by 4% and movement by 3%. Meant to be used in conjunction with Immersive shields and my balance patch for it.

Now heavy shield reduces damage by 8% and movement by 8%. Light Shield reduces damage by 4% and movement by 3%. Meant to be used in conjunction with Immersive shields and my balance patch for it. When used together it ensures that using shields at low block wont be as brutal (still very brutal) but even at 100 block you will still move faster and do slightly more damage without a shield.
