Balance patch for the amazing immersive shields mod. Meant to be used in conjunction with https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/47285 and my patch I made for it.

Balanced Immersive shields to be less punishing. scaling was nerfed 1-3 points across the board for one-handed and movement debuff, should be much more noticeable at low levels. This was only necessary because Im also playing with (Shield Debuff) Which does similar things but does not get better as you level. I like shield debuff because it ensures no matter how high my block gets wielding a one handed weapon alone will always do more damage and move faster than with a shield. I have a balance patch for that mod as well where I nerf the debuff by about half so that it plays better with immersive shields. Still incredibly punishing at early levels of block.
