Changelogs
Version 1.0.1
MCM now includes separate options for each level of mastery.
In Requiem when you take a magic perk like Novice Destruction or Adept Illusion you're given a choice of spells to learn automatically, you can pick only 1 for master level perks and 2 for others by default. With this mod you can customize how many spells you're given for free. Or disable the free spells entirely by setting it to 0.
Why? My feeling is when you start learning in any field, you soak a lot of information from varied branches of that field, until you learn enough to decide what to specialize in. So you should be able to get more spells in the beginning (specially to try out and see what works for you and what you like), but then gradually decrease that as you progress since you're specializing. You could argue for the opposite too, you get less spells in the beginning to make the early game more challenging and fun, but as you progress you get more from perks. Or you might want to disable Requiem's free spells altogether. Either way, you can customize to your liking.
