Glass and Arcane Smithing perk are required to craft the Malachite Torchbug, which is enchantable and temperable.
The crafting recipe can only be accessible if you have 2 or more Torchbug Thoraxes in possession.
You can use the Tanning Rack to swap between one-handed and two-handed variants.
