I have been searching for a Megumin explosion mod and so far all of the ones I have found have been a let down. Though, your ion cannon looks really similar to her spell aside from the color and fire. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to make a Megumin explosion version of this mod

It is unclear to me if you have found an option for Fallout 4, but I may have something for you here: Archimedes-II It is a mod made by Niero which adds something similar to the Ion Cannon here.
