A small settlement in the Gothic style with elements of Russian symbols.

- Servants, security (more than 50 nps).
- To the house adjoins the monastery of Stendar in replacement of the destroyed Hall of the Watch with the transferred NPS (the old hall is functional before the attack of ghouls).
- Near the house there is a small settlement (7 houses + various buildings).
- Textures have an extension of 2048.
- All models and textures except for one fountain, gargoyle, 2 statues from the game Witcher 3 and 3 of the other games, as well as two vases belong to the author
