The Wyrmstooth file 100% needs Metallurgy models, specifically the malachite ore & ingot. The textures and UV maps are set up differently than vanilla and other replacers. The Siege at Icemoth file will be fine, if the Metallurgy gold ingot textures are present.
I just discovered your work here, as a result I'm downloading Metallurgy. You've covered all the mods I use that new ores and such.
Believe me I hate asking mod authors to do things, because I know the pressures all too well. In case you ever wanted to expand the consistency with Beyond Skyrim, could you do the copper, tin, zinc and bronze ores/ingots from the BS Assets folder?
Done. Nothing I'm particularly proud of, but there's not so much that can be done with orange alloys and gray chunks. While keeping it grounded, anyway. I may have another try later.

edit, tested. the mithril ingot seems ok, the two ores from wyrmstooth are stretched
