From what I can tell, the only change relevant to this mod is the Deep Breath patch, which shouldn't need patching on this mod's end due to the change being the script in the Summermyst BSA and not this mod. Fortify Potions from Summermyst isn't used in favour of Thaumaturgy's so should be fine.
Levelled List Abomination is a levelled list that merges the tables from Mysticism and Summermyst together, so that each mod's items can spawn. Without this ESP, the intended load order would result in pretty much only Mysticism items dropping and none from Summermyst as the drop tables conflict.
It's included as without it, the mods would be compatible but there wouldn't really be any items dropping, which would defeat the purpose of making them compatible. Hope that clarifies things.

If you mean adding your mod directly to this one, I may do that in the future if that's fine. I'd like to play the game before I mess with more mod stuff though haha.

Patch should be up. I don't play with Loot and Degredation so I can't assure it works 100% flawlessly.

How much is the total amount of enchantsments now? total on summermyst=???, thaumaturgy=??? and Summerturgy=???

Jokes aside, you should consume Unique Actor Valyes for summermyst completely into your mod. Cut down on dependencies and all that!
