I can't say for sure, as I have never had that happen in my environment. You say that only the SkyPatcher version works correctly, but the LeveledList version is a more legacy method, so it is strange that it does not work correctly. Please review your environment again.
For the purpose of this mod, what is the difference between the skypatcher and CID versions? I feel like they would do the same thing. Is there a reason to choose one or the other?
The functions are the same. Choose the one you like best for your mod environment. If you install more than one at the same time, the effects will be duplicated.
awesome stuff, big fan of your mods! I have a question, is it possible to make a potion that gives level exp to the player? it would be a cool way to make leveling using gold to buy potions to level up like in Dark Souls.
To my knowledge, such a feature does not exist in native Skyrim. The only feature that offers anything close to it is Experience.
In the first place, it doesn't seem to make much sense to just increase pure level, since in Skyrim you need to increase your skill level to get Perks in order to get stronger.
i use your Disable skill level limits mod(great mod by the way) to pair with experience, since I really don't like the vanilla level system, so i just modded the game to level up by killing bandit and picking whatever perk i wanted.

However, you may need to wait until the container respawns.
