Hobo Hideout Network provides remote player owned locations that provide full rest benefits, crafting, no respawning storage, and a storage barrel that connects to all four locations.

This mod provides 4 remote player owned locations that provide full rest benefits, crafting, no respawning storage, and a storage barrel that connects to all four locations. The living area has two-bedrooms, bath, cooking and baking with one custom bed for the player and three beds for followers. The living area is a no reset zone. The crafting area has all the crafting for the player, some goodies on open crates, 7 BYOH soils in each location for a total of 28 plants. The crafting cell does reset, has an open sky view and safe no respawn storage. Each location has a map marker showing its location. You can view them from the map. The door for each location is a Mara statue and the key would be found in a knapsack next to the statue. If you use Xedit then here are the exact locations. One can be found at Karthwastern Exterior04, that is -32,9, another at Dawnstar Exterior attack 6,23, then another at -24, 22 close to a Stormcloak camp, and finally one at Ivarstead Exterior06.
I will be using the cloud barrel to work with my other mods soon.
Caution: Hobo Hideout Network use to be another mod I had called Cloud Master Storage. It was in towns behind Inns. Unfortunately, everyone else put a mod in the same location so I deleted that mod changed the design, and moved it to new locations. If you have that mod delete it before using this mod. Trying to keep both will cause crashing.
All my mods have been updated for the latest version of Skyrim AE. Alvis Cottage by Skaal Village, Divayth's cottage by Windhelm, Roland’s Manor by Riften, Winterhold College Hideout, and finally Whiterun Home all have patches to allow them to connect to the Hobo network.
