About this mod

A simple modified mesh for the Glass armor/cuirass/chestpiece, with the pauldrons removed. Made because I wanted a less bulky version, and thus... light(er.)

Comes in 4 variations for if you are/aren't using Xavbio's Glass Retexture, and for each cubemap variation Xavbio did in the aforementioned Retexture.

This mod adds a craftable Glass chestpiece with the pauldrons removed. Stats and crafting requirements match it's vanilla counterpart. Comes with weight-slider and ground models. There are also replacer files available instead if you don't want it to be standalone.

All plugins are ESL-flagged ESPs.

There are 4 versions of this mod (technically 8 if you count standalone versus replacer), please only try using one at a time.

Vanilla cubemap: Uses the vanilla cubemap setup, for those using non-Xavbio retextures.

Xavbio's Gold: Matches Xabio's Vanilla-Style Gold cubemap change, making it use the gold_ore_e.dds cubemap.

Xavbio's Thalmor: Matches Xavbio's Thalmor cubemap change, making it use the shinybright_e.dds cubemap.

Xavbio's Vvardenfell: Matches Xavbio's Vvardenfell cubemap change, making it use the Shinybright_e.dds cubemap.

The Thalmor and Vvardenfell meshes use the same cubemap, but have other values edited for their intended texture sets, so please use the correct one.

While each mesh uses vanilla texture pathing, it is recommended to use the cubemap version that matches whatever retexture you're using. If you use a different, non-Xavbio retexture that also changes the cubemap that they use, let me know and I'll make another version available for consistency's sake. Nothing annoys me more than mis-matched textures across what is meant to be the same material (Looking at you, Nordic Carved weapons/armor!!)

The non-vanilla versions were made by modifying Xavbio's (already custom) meshes, so asset-use credit goes to him.
