Author notes
I did not create any new visual assets; I simply created new spells that are clones of exisitng spells, and then adjusted the values to be inline with the weapon.

Adds a sunlight quarterstaff (note that yes, I mean quarterstaff rather than battlestaff; the quarterstaff stats are very nearly that of the greatsword). The weapon's enchantment is slightly weaker than the existing Sun Greatsword, but has the absorb-magicka from one-handed sun weapons rather than movements speed as other two-handed sun weapons. The model is the existing bound battlestaff models/visuals. The spell/tome has been added to the Apprentice Restoration perk's list of selectable spells. I have not added the tome or spell to any other lists, so the perk or console are your only options.
Does not need to be reqtified; just add after all the requiem/3bf/rtfi mods.
--- Additonally, I have also uploaded an optional file that changes the visuals to that of a dwarven light-saber-staff, courtesy of "Unique Magicka Sabers SSE" (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/3749). This option only uses the visuals from Unique Magicka Sabers SSE, keeping the stats from this mod (main). I did not create or change anything related to Unique Magicka Sabers SSE, and it is required if you want to use this option.
