Draugr - The Heritage of the Nords coming soon
It will feature everything here and a lot more. It currently has 5 or 6 draugr armors/outfits for both male and females. All models are from the vanilla game but improved with higher polys. 5 new helmets fitted for Man and Beast alike. Draugr content will be implemented into current leveled lists so everything will be obtainable without console. Bandits will also now wear draugr items and armor, and there will be a chance to purchase old draugr armor bits from Blacksmiths. The ancient heritage of the Nords will be more evident throughout skyrim.
Coming Soon to
Ever wonder why you don't see NPCs wearing draugr armor when it is so prevalent throughout Skyrim? I did. Now Draugr armor is available in both light and heavy versions. Both versions use vanilla game assets. They can both be tempered or broken down for base elements. Heavy draugr armor will break down to iron at the smelter, while the light version breaks down to leather strips at the tanning rack.
Stats for the heavy draugr armor are equivalent to iron armor, while the light version requires the steel perk and is equivalent to Studded leather or Imperial leather armor. I've added in two alternative heavy helmets.
Since both versions use the same vanilla assets, they are available in both male and female versions. Mods that modify the look of the vanilla Draugr armor will also modify the new light draugr armor.
They have both been added to the leveled lists so bandits will use it and should potentially be for sale at any blacksmiths.
Just a FYI, it is the armor that Aela the Huntress uses.
I've also uploaded the new female bodyslides for the new Light Draugr Armor for CBBE vanilla, Physics, and 3BA. Currently there is no UNP conversion.
The new Light Draugr Armor now uses a different mesh and will use a different texture, if used in conjuntion with Ancient Nord Chainmail SE - CBBE 3BBB Bodyslide - Physics. Put that Mod above this one in the asset order so it doesn't affect the light armor textures. Any retexture will otherwise affect both versions of the armor for now. I may update this in the future so the light armor uses a different texture path.
There are two versions of the mod. One is meant to be used with kryptopyr's Weapons Armor Clothing and Clutter fixes and Complete Crafting Overhaul Remastered, and has the breakdown recipes based on that, while the other version has no requirements but the base game. USSEP edits were forwarded into the records, but is not required. The CCO version now comes complete with circlet upgrades for the Helmet, including the missing Heavy Helmet upgrade recipe missing in CCO. The Recipe was sent to DrMonops and should be compatible out of the box if/when it is integrated.
Both versions come as an esp with the esl flag
The CCO version also comes with a patch for CCO providing breakdown recipes for the light armor, while the non CCO version has them integrated.
Load order as follows:
Weapons Armor Clothing & Clutter Fixes.esp
Ancient Nord Armor - CCO.esp
Complete Crafting Overhaul_Remastered.esp
CCO - Ancient Nord Armor patch.esp
Bodyslide files for BHUNP-UNP-UUNP Bodies
Other Ancient Nord Armor mods I've used as texture or mesh replacers. While two are LE mods, they both seem to work just fine out of the box.
Ancient Nord Chainmail SE - CBBE 3BBB Bodyslide - Physics
Ancient Nord Armor and Saviors Hide CBBEv3 Echo
