Installation
Drag and drop the meshes folder in the data folder of the game or use your favorite mod manager. This mod can be installed and uninstalled without side effects.

Technical
Removal method: Deleting BSTriShape branch + turning off havok in BSXFlags. This method is safe for items that have collision.

Similar mod
Disable the rag in Proudspire Manor : using a plugin. It does not remove the rag from all other locations.
