If you are like me and would like more dragons to spawn and don't fast travel, this is the mod for you. I've been trying to find a mod that does this and since no one did this yet I went ahead and did it myself.
There is a mod that increases spawn time along with multiple spawning of dragons. The problem with this is that the player will easily get bombarded by either several dragons early on in the game which may break certain quest npc's if they happen to die.
I found a lot of mods/plugins will slow down dragon spawn times or even stop it entirely. Why do that when there was already a dragon problem to begin with once you saw Alduin. The lore behind this is that Alduin has been resurrecting dragons ever since he came to Skyrim. If that is so, why do you, the player, have to wait so long for one dragon to spawn in (given that if you are the type of person to not fast travel)?
All this plugin does is decrease the time dragons spawn at to 24 hours. Since they regularly spawn at a minimum of 3 days in game.
Other plugins I would recommend would be Immediate Dragons (P13Darksight). This mod works in Skyrim SE as is, and you won't have to wait until Salokniir shows up to fight a dragon. Dead NPC Cleaner (SOT Team) this mod will clean dead bodies by use of flame spells/torches. Only reason I say that is because the dragons might not show up within 24 hours if another dead dragon is in the vicinity.

Even though this file is 0kb there is a file inside the zip folder and no there is no viruses as I went into the creation kit and changed one or two entries.
If you use Wrye Bash I would recommend
1. Right Clicking on the Bashed Patch, 0
2. Hit Rebuild Patch
3. Click on Tweak Settings
4. Where you see cell respawn time change that to 1 day

If you are interested in putting up images of the mod in question just do so. If you'd like to use this plugin within a bigger mod of your own then by all means do so. I give full permission. Just be curtious and at least give me credit for the plugin itself. \\
Just for future reference for those who love to donate to their favorite mod authors, if for some reason you want to donate, I will not except it since I didn't set up a donations part nor do I want to. I only ask that you endorse if you find the mod works as it is stated, and support the other mod authors out there on the nexus whom do this for the passion of modding whether it be endorsing the mod or donating money to them or thanking them for their hard work (which is what I do).
