This removes the updated graphics from the mod Book Covers Skyrim (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/901) from any books with names changed by the Alphabetized Books mod.

Why place ", the" at the end.

There is another mod -- Oldrim, I think? -- where the author just removed the articles, but I didn't want to do that; I wanted to preserve the full title. When organizing things in alphabetical order, like in a library, it's standard practice to ignore the article, simply because there are a gazillion titles that start with "the," "a," and "an," and I wanted to use the same method when organizing my Skyrim library.

I have to agree with Inforgreen , while im sure as a purist you are correct on the article at the end, i feel like it would be more seemlessly integrated to just remove the article all together. I would not even think about it being from a mod, it would just solve the issue. As is, every time i would see a title it would make me think "oh bc i have a mod installed" so i have to not download. I am an immersion freak so its just bc of that for me. Thanks for the mod im sure others will enjoy

You Nightscrawl are a bloody legend - I was hoping for a mod like this. Means a library can be properly organised! Only question I have (and possibly a suggestion if it hasn't) is whether this affects the book series by Revan? Beggar, Thief, Warrior, King I think it is? Would be nice if they were placed in order rather than separated.

Those titles don't require renaming, so they remain as-is.

Do you know if this will work with Legacy of the Dragonborn?

As a note, unlike some other mods with conflicts (eg those with script changes or clipping of structures), the one with TCIY is relatively simplistic. With xEdit you would only need to copy over the names to the TCIY books, or copy TCIY quests over to these books. Mostly as a note for those who know a bit about the program. That said, cheers on actually making this. It was just one of those little annoyances I never quite noticed. Using this, the name changes may take a bit of getting used to, but for an actual organized endgame library? Priceless.

    That aside...

    I dare you. Haha!

P.S. Based on how things look like, this mod will not be compatible with Book Covers Skyrim. It adds custom textures to several books (covers with names on them) so while your mod will work, Lusty Argonian Maid, The will not have it's unique cover, and just use the basic cover. It won't even use the BCS regular cover as that is under a different file name (it does not overwrite textures). Unlike with TCIY, the xEdit rout will take significantly longer with BCS. I may end up making that patch for myself...

Any chance you might upload the patches you were thinking about making?
