Fixed incorrect stamina recovery values, rewrote magic recovery calculation and stamina recovery calculation during combat (this only works if no other mod modifies the combat recovery multiplier. I didn't know how to get "CombatMagickaRegenMultiply" and "CombatStaminaRegenMultiply" values in real time in the skse plugin. So I used a fixed multiplier)

Fixed an issue where the magic recovery value remains the same in battle as it was when you were out of combat. Fixed the issue that the recovery value will not be updated when it is equal to 0.

I really like TrueHUD's playerwdiget, but I wonder if I can turn it into a health bar with detailed values and real-time updates in LOL. The original TrueHUD doesn't have numbers. But Kredje's "TrueHud bars with numbers" solves that, and he does a great job of letting the playerwidget display the numbers. But I don't think it's enough. I want hp recovery values to be displayed as well. So I modified their mod myself.
Thanks to Ershin's mod and Kredje's mod. I couldn't have made this mod without their open source ;)
