This dungeon is a small two room dungeon, it has a boss and 3 bandits and 4 uniquely named items as well as a bunch of goodies for you

The Abandoned House is a small location near Ivarstead, its marked on your map so you can easily make your way to the location
The dungeons location on the tamriel worldspace works with multiple tree mods, tested HLT, NOTWL, Fabled Forest but will conflict with any mod that edits the same area
The dungeon is small it should take the user an average of a few minuets to complete, the dungeon has 4 unique Items and a named boss at the end of it, It is more of a Gag dungeon and was created so I could understand the CreationKit better for future use
