I've been learning to Navmesh these past few days, so I might release a patch sometime soon once I've tested it enough, Might even make a few personal touches as a separate mod once I wrap my head around that, with due credit to HaemProjects of course, if I'm granted permission to upload them or if they fix the broken Navhmeshes before I do.
Sorry for the late reply! I hadn't noticed someone replied to my comment. I never managed to get it working properly mostly because I didn't find the time to figure out navmeshing in the creation kit, sad to see that this was never updated.
Like your other player home mods, this is one of the most beautiful player homes I have ever seen in Skyrim. With that said, I do have a few comments:
1. Could you build a larger player home that contains more mannequins, a place to store dragon priest masks, and other late game items? 2. Is it possible to make the items static? A lot of your player home mods are filled with items, but these tend to get knocked around and fall over over time. Making them static would preserve the original look and feel of the home. It would also assist with size of the save game files. I noticed in your Staff of Shalidor player home that the items were static, would be great if this could be implemented into the other player homes.
I just want to say, despite the comments above, the spaces you have created are by far some of the beautiful places I have seen in any game, let alone Skyrim. I am looking forward to seeing what else you make in the future.
Thank you for sharing this! It is wonderful. Definitely a keeper. It is lore-making not lore breaking IMHO. I would have preferred the cooking facilities near the dinner table, but I am really happy to have such a clever & immersive addition to my game. I suppose it is a bit small to allow my companions inside, & making it larger would change its atmosphere from a very personal space to something more generalized & less magical & special. Outstanding work!

The only thing and I am not sure if it's a bug but my followers don't follow me into the house.
