About this mod
Fixes the black screen freeze after the Stranger talks to you in Abamath on stage 20-22 of the quest, for some people at least.

In Carved Brink, at stage 20 of the quest (you can check this with getstage HPGThanosQ), The Stranger will talk to you and teleport you into the cell HPGFalmer04, which spawns like 35 or something actors in a fight. This causes a freeze for load orders that are script-heavy on combat and magic as you can imagine the Skyrim engine does not handle 30-40 actors, many of whom are mages, fighting in a small area very well.
This mod disables like 60% of them, ish, which should make it stabler. Now if you are still getting freezes, try disabling more. All you need to do is load this mod and Carved Brink (called Haem Projects Goblands.esp) in xEdit, then do the following:
Click on placed NPC records that are green.
Then right click Record Flags and select Initially Disabled.
There might be other reasons why you would get a black screen there, but this was the reason for me. Hope this helps some people!
