2.0 Released with some big changes. Please refer to the main description of the mod for more details. It is now possible to use multiple conflicting mods simultaneously, although this requires manually moving some folders. Alternatively, you can choose just one mod and avoid any adjustments.
Additionally, I have added a new plugin that consolidates all the world and cell edits from the various mods, normalizes them, and removes the old references from the music mod plugins. This should simplify advanced modding tasks, such as creating lighting patches, if needed.
NOTE: Moving forward i will only be updating the AIO and the individual packages have been moved to the file archive if you still want them. Maintaining the individual packages was tedious and not worth the time spent in doing so, considering the file size of the main AIO is only around 1MB anyway.
For those confused about how to add the Synthesis patcher, do the following:
1. Open Synthesis and click Git Repository, then click "Input" at the top of the screen. 2. Paste the URL for the patcher's github page into the Repository Path box. Click the save button to save a .synth file. 3. With Synthesis running, open the .synth file to import it. 4. Go to the patcher on the Synthesis main menu and select the project entry from the drop-down box.
The Songs To Explore did not appear to be detected. I clicked the CheckBox, but it did not add the SongstoExploreto2.0.esp. I added it manually. Thank you.
If i have Fanmade and Nordic Exploration and Combat Music, Morrowind and Oblivion music (+ other mods).. https://imgur.com/a/JbKQdb3 - please take a look I reorganized the folders. So I have to select like this? And not select anything in Single mode?
Hi, thank you for making this compilation. I switched over from Music Mods Merged :)
I discovered 2 small issues, however:
4 of your replacer-plugins are Form 43 (for Skyrim LE) instead of Form 44. That can easily be fixed by re-saving them in Creation Kit.
Songs to Explore Skyrim to is listed as supported mod, but I don't think it is? There's no plugin-replacer for it and all its audio-files get overwritten by Songs to Play Skyrim to, without special instructions to create folders for either of them. Are those two mutually exclusive?
On point 1, the form doesnt really make a difference as far as things are concerned they all still work fine and still flagged as light plugins.
As for point 2, the music in Songs to Explore mod are the same tracks as those in Songs to Play Skyrim to, so the files overwriting dont make much difference.
Hey, I'm not getting any music in some places. MUSExploreSILENT is the track listed when i open up the console to check the track. The college of winterhold is one of them. I was digging around in the ESP in xEdit and it says under Music Type that all of the MUSTemple, MUSCollege, etc that the music is _MUSExploreSilent. Is this intentional?
Edit, never mind, I figured it out. If anyone else is having this issue I think it's because the default options for the College are silence. I installed Magic College Music - Songs for Academy, overwrote the ESP with the one included in this mod and now I have music. This is a great mod, it solved so many issues I was having with other merges and synthesis patchers that never really worked like I wanted.
