Elegant dress from Oblivion converted at the suggestion of someone in comment section.
SMP added to the skirt. There's a long version and a short version. Comes in 6 colors.
I can't seem to figure out why the upper body SMP doesn't work on the long dress, if anyone knows what's up please let me know so I can fix it.
esl flagged esp. No prebuilt meshes, build with bodyslide and use additemmenu. No crafting recipes.
You will need extended esl support if your game version is below 1.6.1130, racemenu for NiOverride heels, and FSMP for the dress.
