Adds a Cleaver wielded by Pelagius the III's mother in the telling by Sheogorath. Remade according to the Grummite Cleaver weapon found in the Shivering Isles Oblivion DLC.
Details:
It can be found at the end of the passage after completing "The Mind of Madness" quest and features a strong fear enchantment (up to level 20).
The stats of the Cleaver are identical to the Ebony Sword and is temperable with 1 quicksilver ingot. Also Dual Sheath Redux compatible.
Two unenchanted variants can be found next to the sleeping mat at the bottom most level of the area for your duel wielding and enchanting pleasure.

Lore:
According to the Lore page "The Wolf Queen claims that Pelagius' mother was named Hellena" and so I have added the Cleaver due to Sheogoraths relationship with the family, to imply that he gave it to her during Pelagius's upbringing.
