About this mod

Reduces the Shout Times needed for all shouts to lower times!
Possibly Lore-Friendly? A matter of Personal Opinion!

Includes DLC versions!

Permissions and credits
Now for SSE! ESL flagged!

Ever bothered how all the shout mods here either change shout times to something too large for you but you don't want to feel like cheating by
using the no waiting times?

Have I a solution for you!

This mod changes the shout times for all shouts to 3, 5, 7. That means if
you use the first word only it'll take 3 seconds before you can shout
again. Use 2 words of a shout and wait 5 seconds... Then 7 seconds if
you use all of them. The only shout exclusion is Call of Valor since
it's vanilla recovery times were 30 seconds regardless of how many words
you used... So I just changed it to 3 seconds for that specific shout
regardless of how many words you used.

Is this lore-friendly? Well it depends on how you view it! Honestly how come a dragon gets to
wait 5 seconds before it shouts again but you have to wait 30? WHY? And
if you don't believe me, open up the creation kit or TES5Edit and look
at it yourself. The recharge time for dragon shouts is FIVE seconds.
Download the mod to combat those pesky dragons and their rapid shouting!

Use only one of the files.

The following shout times may seem non-lore-friendly:
Summon Duhvenir - Dawnguard Shout
Call of Valor
Dragon Aspect - Dragonborn Shout (Although this is irrelevant since  it's technically a once a day power. Lowering the time will just let you use a different shout after using it)
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Alternative files are available in the miscellaneous section. These have higher times 7, 11, 15.
1.0a = 1.0 Alternative

As I tried to state before, It's up to you which one you consider lore-friendly.

COMPATIBILITY

Compatible
with:

- Any mod that does not alter player shouts (Duh)
This mod does NOT touch dragons's shouts. If you do have a mod that is
changing dragon shouts or overhauling dragons, load this mod after that
one to ensure compatibility, but be assured that it's not different if
you have this mod above or below that one.
-- If you have a mod that overhauls dragon shouts and combat but also overhaul player's
shouts. You can put this mod below that one, that way you get the dragon
shouts from the other mod AND the shout adjustments from this one!

Partially Compatible
with:

- Certain Overhauls.
Mods that have overhauls like Requiem that change how shouts work, either
through changing the recovery time or the description of the shout, is
going to be incompatible. So if you have Requiem which changes a few of
the shouts with "lore-friendly" descriptions, put this mod below
Requiem, it's going to change the way descriptions appear only for the
mods that Requiem initially put. This means you'll be seeing the vanilla
descriptions of the shouts (Requiem only changes like 5 of them) but
still getting the mod changes.

Technically Incompatible with:
- Other mods that directly influence shout recovery times.
If you have a mod that makes it so you can shout without waiting AT ALL,
or changes the recovery times... Whatever mod you put lower is going to
overwrite the mod above. You won't CTD but you'll just be wasting one of
your 255 plugin slots... UPDATE SSE: You won't CTD but you'll just have an extra mod for no reason.
