download and install FLm> download patch>install patch via mod manager
in standalone serenity form lists are empty so when you attempt to craft weapon with lunar forge you get only basic weapon not lunar, file Serenity_flm.ini adds this form lists back. you need only Serenity_flm.ini for ability to craft lunar weapons, esp file just adds lunar weapons to leveled lists
