Initial upload
Removes "Is Full LOD" and "Persistent" flag on newly added houses to match vanilla houses in the city. I think author did this to make mod plug and play, but with this approach these houses will be fully loaded at all times. You should use Dyndolod anyway, so I have adjusted it to match rest of the city.
And about landscape - look at screenshots for a few examples of landscape fixes.
