I was inspired to make this for the Special Edition from a little mod for original Skyrim called Fortify Weapon Block by Ryuujin-0. It makes the same changes the original did, but with the 64 bit Creation Kit. It seems the original mod author has retired so I decided to bring the little gem back for the Special Edition. Be sure to leave an endorsement for the original mod.

Any mod that changes enchantments will conflict with this mod, so place this mod lower in the load order to ensure its changes are kept. It also includes the changes from the Unofficial Patch that removes Restoration from enchantments. If people demand the vanilla values returned I'll upload another version for that.
