A simple mod, from my upcoming (hopefully soon) Whiterun entire retexture.
I've modified meshes to use parallax, ENV mapping and cubemaps.. See how they work in your game.. they are subtle in mine on ENB/CS.
Inspired by ENT's Vanilla Complex Parallax Series. They have added parallax to things people would never have thought possible!

Hopefully you don't mind me uploading some smaller mods over time, I've made lots of little things that sit in the void of my hard drive for too long :)
