This is a modding utility for modders. This has zero records and zero restrictions on permissions.
This is only a modding utility to save myself time loading into xEdit to make a blank ESP/ESL.
These are empty plugins with no records. Useful mostly for modders. Blank dummy plugins like these can easily be made in xEdit, or generated automatically when packing assets into a BSA with Cathedral Assets Optimizer. However, I don't want to pack a BSA in CAO every time I need a dummy plugin, and I can likely pull up this page faster than xEdit can be used to make a new dummy plugin.
Anyway I'm just sharing it in case anyone else wants to use it. No DP is generated, public domain licensing, and no posts. Just use them if you want.
